Factory reset? Unless you're rooted.
Here's a copy of the app. Just make sure to have "Unknown sources" enabled in Settings -> Security.
I have the file downloaded and when I tap on it to install it it says "File did not open". What's with that. BTW I have an "unlocked" AT&T S4 with an UN-unlockable bootloader.
